French meringue, peach compote, raspberry coulis, vanilla and white chocolate chantilly topped up with poached peaches and fresh raspberries

Serves 8 to 10 people.
This cake is nut-free and suitable for vegetarians.
There is no gluten in the recipe but we are using gluten in our kitchen.

Pick up is at South Melbourne Market only between 8.30am and 3.30pm.
We don't do delivery.
